Hi all

Tried to get a black look on the phone, but the one persistent problem is Contacts.apk, never appearing unless completely stock, yet the apk is in the system. Does anyone have any ideas?

You could use a different contacts app and apply a theme to it.
Try GO Contacts with the dark theme. It looks really good IMO

That's a good idea, but I prefer the stock app

It looks cleaner, and otherwise it just seems like unnecessary bloatware

Just remove it then. You could get a different app which is cleaner then.
https://play.google....           That is dark and clean with different versions for different themes.
https://play.google....           This is also good with a dark theme.
