My friend Alberto96 has port ICS to the huawei u8350/Boulder but he need help to fix bugs in he's rom.
This rom boots.

This is a project so don't use it for daily use !!!

Issues:

A part of the screen is grey... We don't know why
The rotation don't work at all...
Wifi isn't working
The HW keys don't work too :,(

I can share the layout of buttons and the core,
which eliminates the gray bar on the screen.
