Hi ZeeLog,

This ROM is great, with all the new added bits.... However one of the reasons I use this ROM is for the built in weather on Notifications appears to be missing in this edition...?? Is there any reason for this, or will it return again in a future ROM update?

Cheers, Lister

not sure if weather panel has been actually merged in aokp 4.2.2, might have been omitted due to conflicts. will check though, perhaps it can be included in future releases

Hi ZeeLog,

Oh right I see.... As I did hear on another forum, that the ROMControl caused issues/conflicts which might explain it. Did notice that it appears to be split into two different sections from what it once was.

Yeah if you could check that, that would be brilliant... As that was one of my main loves was the built in Weather feature into the AOKP. But also love all the other features/tweaks. This is an amazing ROM..... :)

Cheers, Lister

Umm... Any chance to restore default JB wallpaper without having to browse internet for it? PACman at booting is fine, but as wallpaper - not really, composes badly with clock and app icons. ROM itself may be fine (just installed, so not much tested, yet), but first thought after seeing new desktop was "what have I done..." :P.

EDIT: if anyone needs clean, stock JB wallpapers, I've found them here: https://play.google....llery.jellybean

Btw. it's based on some older CM version? Recent CM 10.1 builds have hidden recovery at reboot (until enabled in advanced options).

Thanks for the nice ROMs you guys cooking for ZTE Blade.
I use a chinese blade which is low in RAM. On that blade_PAC_JB_4.1.2-v19.3.8.zip was quite smooth only problem was keyboard vanishes just after typing 2 or 3 words and never comes up after that.
But blade_PAC_JB_4.2.2-v20.0.0.zip is too slow and apps keep crashing / force close. I hope the 4.2.2 ROM get stabilized as it evolves. Thanks a lot for your work.

Hi All,

Ok, I've been using this ROM for a while now, and on the whole its been brilliant..... Apart from the previously mentioned items above thats missing (such as built in Weather, ROMControl which is being looked into.... and the CM FileManager, which is not so much of an issue as I use FX Explorer anyway).

Couple of other issues I noticed recently...

1) It randomly reboots at times, cant give examples as they are all random times and places... but had 3x so far in 2x days...

2) When the screen turns off, it flips into 180 degrees for like a second before it shuts off. This is no biggie, but a bit odd... lol

Other than that, cracking rom...

Keep up the great work!!!! :D

Cheers, Lister

Hi C3C0,

Well that all looks greek to me, but I think I get the jist of it.... :)  Good spot, and thanks for the heads up on it....

So it would appear I wasnt the only one to spot this, and work is already in place for this, for when the current ROM gets recompiled/updated.... :)

This ROM is awesome, loving it.... :)

Cheers, Lister
