When i use the Power Toggles app from playstore, it doesnt stay pinned to the top (and yes i enabled the option to pin it)... anyone else having this problem?

Yup I do despite doing everything recommended. Same thing happens with notifiucation toggles, think the only thing I didn't try was making the apk a system app but not even sure that'd have any effect at all.

i made it a system app, made no diffirence

not staying above other notifications is a known limitation. it's in the notes for power toggles in play store. if says it "attempts" to keep it on top.

Aside from not reliably staying on top, the biggest issue with apps like power toggles, notification toggles and widgetsoid it's that once active, if you swipe a notification away, the notification tray stays open and you have to close it manually. Shame really, as the stock notifications are not at useful, even the custom ones.

How did tillaz manage to modify his toggles, would have been nice to have that as a flasable mod

Usually I have the same issues with Power Toggles, not staying on top, but with CM 10.1 JB 2.2 rom it seems to work perfectly. It stays on top when I get new messages and emails etc.
