Nice discovery from chinese Anzhi forum (and with a little help from androidsrbija forum):

Finally a fully working MIUI for g300!!!

Roms are safe to use, have english language, there is no chinese recovery and a minimum of chinese apps (root explorer deleteable )

Installation instructions:
- You have to check your baseband first, be rooted, with unlocked bootloader and a recovery (cwm, maybe twrp)
- Download zip file (rom), GB gapps, and transfer that to SDcard
- Turn on debugging on your phone, turn off fast boot, turn off phone (some folks remove battery now:))
- Press vol. up and power button together for 10 seconds.
- You are in CWM now (probably)
- Wipe data/factory reset
- Wipe cache partition
- Mounts: Format System, Cache, Cust, Data
- Advanced: Wipe Dalvik cache, battery stats if you have them, Reboot recovery
- Install zip from SDcard -> choose zip -> your rom (zip)
- Install zip from SDcard -> choose zip -> gapps for rom (zip)
- Reboot to system

Leave your phone now for 5 minutes, let it take a breath.
Write something with your keyboard and reboot phone to get rid of chinese signs leftovers.
For mobile data activation use APN sim database from Play
Use ADW launcher for a bit smoother home activities

On first boot you have to change to english (if you want to ) like this:
When you get your home screen:
Soft button on left - menu, gear-like icon.
Now you are in settings so find an "Aa" icon.
Choose the top line
Choose English

The one in serbian forum is the same in anzhi? Or its different? It also both baseband support?

The same one, only a minor adjustment is done.
U8815 is added besides U8818 in updater-script file.
Rom is checked by several users and we feel that this is a decent rom.

I asked it because it's the first 2.3.7 rom i know that works in baseband 2030.

just installed it , really smooth and network works on 2030! I cannot use it though, I hate the interface and all that, maybe you guys can find the untouched cm7 that people were talking about in some other posts.

Settings are slow a little, but else is fine.

dakok, is there any way to sort apps in alphabet order? I like this miui launcher and it is very fast, but sorting of apps is too annoying for me! :-)

joyo cmiui Did you get them form Anzhi? If so,I won't try it.Because they still have bugs.When you make a call,will it be to loud to hear?The rom I find at Anzhi does...Can you fix it please?

is there any cm7 rom?? I mean clean cm7.. also is there any fix available for roms to support new baseband(like cwm zips)??
