You might need to turn it off to get into CWM instead of pulling out the battery. J Just reboot your phone regularly and hold Volume+ while it reboots and it will go to recovery mode, even if Fast boot option is enabled. On mine it doesn't seem to make any difference to the booting, even though I am running ICS and the latest version of Vodafone's ROMs! Works great on Stock +,even if Fast Boot is enabled.
