According to IDC, Huawei accounted for 10.8 million smartphone shipments in the fourth quarter, making it the world's third-biggest vendor.

Probably because they are not on of those big manufactures where you are paying £100 extra just for the brand logo. The G300 is excellent value for money, unlike most other smartphones.
