Can someone post the stock huawei ics recovery?

Don't you get it if you just flash a stock ICS update.app?

update.app flash doens't works, it keeps at about 25% and i think that the recovery it's the problem

I don't think that it's a recovery problem - most likely an attempt to do an invalid downgrade - e.g. see here:

For example trying to go from ICS BXXX to ICS BYYY where XXX > YYY.

you first restore the downgrade 5irom then you can use update.app
