i followed this guide but didnt bother do download the rom and kernal seen as i already had one ( kickass rom or some crap) now i got it into recovery and all is well and good then i tried to install the "update.zip" but installation aborted i tried the kernal to no avail i rebooted and BAM stuck on the android logo it goes into FTM but after that nothing works i even tried that QPST recover thing

so PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE give me step by step instructions i don't understand any jargon or such so im a layman I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE ANY HELP guys
