Devices:ZTE Skate 4.3

I have ZTE Skate and i want to instal new rom.
I found one topic with files for that new rom ( http://www.modaco.co...e-updated-1911/ ).
So i don't know how to install it,can enyone write me complete instructions for that,step by step?
!!!PLEASE HELP ME!!!
