Go to the C:\SanDiego\tools folder and double click the Command Prompt shortcut. Plug your phone in and give it a minute before you copy & paste the following command fastboot -i 0x8087 flash update c:\sandiego\tools\xolo\update.zip This hopefully will push the Xolo update.zip to the phone and flash it.
