Maybe try the fastboot option down near the bottom of this thread :- http://www.modaco.co...ide-boot-image/

Edit :- I had to use it a little while back. Go to the C:\SanDiego\tools folder and double click the Command Prompt shortcut. Plug your phone in and give it a minute before you copy & paste the following command fastboot -i 0x8087 flash update c:\sandiego\tools\xolo\update.zip

This hopefully will push the Xolo update.zip to the phone and flash it. You do of course have to have the Xolo update.zip in the C:\SanDiego\tools\bricked folder.
