The phone send this position when i'm connected in Wifi i don't have data or other credit just one hours of comunication . It's the position when i reboot the phone and the same all time so why this position ? As to why it happens, no idea, maybe some changes to GPS.config file ? Assuming you are rooted, go to system/etc/GPS.config and print it here. Or download the config for France here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1233256 You cannot flash those ones as they for clockwork mod recovery, but you can take the config file to replace yours if it is not already the same of course.
