Vegacream RC2 Keyboard

Hi, I've installed Vegacream RC2 and have downloaded Thumb Keyboard which I previously use. I've selected Thumb Keyboard under input settings, but note android keyboard is ticked also,  greyed out, which I cannot change so Thumb Keyboard doesn't load. Any ideas/help appreciated.
