1.Open windows task manager by pressing ctrl-alt&del and click on the processes tab and end any ADB processes.

2.Make sure the xolo update.zip(299MB in size) is in c:\sandiego\tools\bricked

3.Boot phone into fastboot by turning off and then back on holding the volume down button and the power button at the same time(you'll get a black screen with a blue android bot) and then connect it to the PC.

4.Go to c:\sandiego\tools and click on the command prompt shortcut.

5.Type: fastboot -i 0x8087 devices (to make sure the device is connected).

You may need to run step 5 a few times before the phone is recognised, just type it in the first time and if no success hit the up arrow and enter. Rinse and repeat until the device comes up.

6.Type: fastboot -i 0x8087 erase cache (wait till its finished). Be patient...

7.Type: fastboot -i 0x8087 flash update bricked\update.zip (now it will flash the update). Again be patient...

Don't try this with the Orange update.zip as you wont like the result.
