So after calling orange about the my power button and cracks they told me that they cannot do anything about it! They said bring in store to see what they can do! Can u believe that!

I called them today, returns dept only open normal office hours, took 32 minutes to get them to agree to try a repair and send out a return bag. Even though I was only a few days over the 14 day cooling off period they weren't interested in doing a refund, replacement or upgrade to a more expensive model.

They really don't seem to want these things back once they've got your money!


I'VE JUST NOTICED A 5th CRACK STARTING OVER THE HDMI PORT NOW!

Bagged up and returned my Orange San Diego for repair yesterday.

Made a final video of that 5th crack. It made it all the way across the plastic since the last one.
