Guest sang3eta Posted May 13, 2013 Report Share Posted May 13, 2013 (edited) I called them today, returns dept only open normal office hours, took 32 minutes to get them to agree to try a repair and send out a return bag. Even though I was only a few days over the 14 day cooling off period they weren't interested in doing a refund, replacement or upgrade to a more expensive model. They really don't seem to want these things back once they've got your money! I'VE JUST NOTICED A 5th CRACK STARTING OVER THE HDMI PORT NOW!
