1)You can download free wallpapers at Free Mobile Helper.

2)You can add your photos from your PC to your iphone & android
a. Add your photos to Free Mobile Helper. Free Mobile Helper -- Images -- Gallery -- Manager -- Add. ( PS : you should add the file you place these photos.)

b. Then reflesh it you can see your photos at Free Mobile Helper.

c. Select the photos you like click the " Upload to device".

3) Add your photos on iphone & android to PC
a. Add your photos to PC. Free Mobile Helper -- Images -- Camera -- Export. ( Select the photos you want to add to PC and you can also select the folder.)
