So we'll expect the first custom A190-based rom by 8pm then? ;-) Need any beta testers, chuck me a DM. Interestingly, my TWRP is 2.5.0.1, but goomanager says no updates available... think I'll leave it as is, seems to work just fine. Sod it, installed 2.6.0.0 via adb. Don't know what it does, but I installed it... Then I removed all the huawei bloat anyway. The A190 rom seems quite fast, but it doesn't keep apps in memory long enough. Needs some battery mods and performance tweaks, and Nova as default launcher. And volume rocker wake. Guest tillaz Posted July 24, 2013 Report Share Posted July 24, 2013 i made a total AOSP version of B190 (ported a lot from AOSP 4.1.2) no more EMUI only thing that i can't seem to figger out is how huawei have completely disabled hardware acceleration by default... even apps that request it to be turned on via the manifest do not work? the only way it works is to force it via build.prop or the dev settings, only problem is this is applied to every app, which is not good here are some screenshots from the custom version, (recording 720p @30fps... surprised at how good i have it working, no lag at all :)) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
