Guest KonstaT
Errm, didn't we know this already? I even managed to boot the official ZTE Open build in Blade III with very little effort. Only RIL has some issues but that isn't much of surprise since I didn't even bother to use Blade III prebuilts (only swapped wifi drivers). I'm quite sure it would be fully working out-of-the-box on Kis (don't go flashing the Open updates in Kis if you don't know what you're doing). More interesting is that the code name to make developer builds of B2G for ZTE Open is inari. I've already built B2G for Blade III but it's a bit hacky mix and match between Mozilla and CyanogenMod sources. Knowing how little it takes to run equivalent to inari builds in Blade III, this should make it easier to build B2G from official Mozilla/CAF sources. Guest KelvinVN
Can you fix the Crypress touch screen driver problem ? In this boot.img ( I didn't build it ) the touch screen work goods but the broad not https://docs.google.com/file/d/0BwY7fOHbQ0_FVU1lRXg5NExKdGs/edit?pli=1 Please help, i tried to port driver from 2.3.x kernel source but still not work
Guest Pteridium
I have the same problem. I've compiled kernel images from KonstaT and manfromm repos with partial success: the kernel recognizes the Cypress touchscreen but it does not work in andorid. Any advice will be very welcome. Update: I've flashed Xperiav2 by Talent but it does not recognize sim card nor call to emergency. :( Edited February 23, 2015 by Pteridium
Guest Pteridium
I think that found one of the reasons of the nonworking touchscreen: in the zte kis kernel sources the cypress controller is defined while in the 3.0.8 kernel isn't. Kernel 2.6.35: http://pastebin.com/wcgwgtB7 Kernel 3.0.8: http://pastebin.com/37gLK7VW I'll try to modify board-zte-ts.c to see if it works.
