Custom .rom needed - MBO E7

Can someone help me with flashing MBO E7 Chinese phone, it has Android 4.2.1 (and hangs all the time).

Can someone give me appropriate .rom for this phone, how to install it on phone.

 

kernel version 2.6.35.7 and software E7.JLF.A2.MULTI.0417.V3.07
