Android or Windows Phone?

Basically, I'm planning to buy another phone and all that and this time I was thinking to go a little different. Either buy another android phone or get a windows phone. And what I'm only going to use it for is, Social networking, Watching movie/animes etc, play emulators and games in good and mainly listening to music.
So what's your suggestion guys?
And any Cons/Pros?

I think if you play with emulators it's preferable to have Android, more Google play have more applications than windows store

Yeah, i agree with navas22 above, if you want to use emulators, Android is far better, with a lot more choice of emulators and more versitile ones too (using ps3 controllers for instance).  Googles app store is far superior as well.

Video and music playback are very well covered on Android, you can find apps to play pretty much any file format on the store.

Dunno about social network stuff, i dont use any myself.  Facebook have a very stalky, privacy invading app and google have their g+ network that noone uses for anything except youtube comments.  You can use one of the many browsers for fb etc though.
