With this I can install any UPDATE.APP (Firmware) ---> HERE Follow the tutorial and you will be able to install the internacional firmware from huawei page... So this upgrade is ONLY APPLIED for devices that has already come with the same V100R001C00B189 Firmware. (Read the Instructions before you upgrade) Others.. Guest shecky Posted February 4, 2014 Report Share Posted February 4, 2014 Why I can't update?Update Failed. From B175 to B199. I'm on Cosmote RO B175 unlocked and rooted. Even from stock B175 i cannot do it. I tried the international one from huawei site and the european one from huawey romania. on both cases failure on step 2/2.
