Rom installation dload folder - HUAWEI_Honor2

Hi, 

I got offical rom from HUAWEI, the ZIP file contain two folders:

dload - with update.app (1.3 giga)

second folder is "vendor" sub folder "middel east" in side update.app (935 K)

 

I copied dload folder to my SDcard root and reboot the phone and go in recovery mode, ןnstallation does not start.

 

what I'm doing wrong,
