Are you sure that's the right cable?

It's the one I bought and it fits so yeah, pretty sure.

Wrong, wrong, wrong. It is a Micro HDMI cable not the Mini.

Thanks man. Luckily for me, Amazon hadn't dispatched the first one I ordered, so I was able to cancel it. Ordered the other one, this is for fixing my OSD.

I just ordered this for my OSD, looking at it more carefully I'm beginning to think this won't work with my OSD, will it work?

http://www.amazon.co.uk/meter-Tesco-Micro-Cable-Connectors/dp/B00I8HA3W2/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1402825420&sr=8-1

You should have stuck with your first order - you definitely need Micro-HDMI to HDMI cable. Mini HDMI won't fit the phone's HDMI port!

Really, really sorry but alexquant is correct, my bad. I went through my Amazon history and found an order for a Mini HDMI and presumed it was for the OSD.

It is a Micro HDMI cable not the Mini as I stated. Now I have no idea what the Mini was for...

Sorry again.

Edit :- I went further back into my order history and this is the one I bought http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B007EZ4XR0/ref=oh_details_o01_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1. The phone end is a bit too loose for my liking but of course it may be the phone socket rather than the cable that's not very good.

That's the wrong way around, he would need a mini to micro adaptor and I can't see any there. There are full size to micro adaptors for just £1.01 with free delivery http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0046S54GC/ref=noref?ie=UTF8&psc=1&s=computers

The description they give is really confusing, it clearly says "Convert your Micro HDMI cable to Mini HDMI connection", but it then says "Male connector: Micro HDMI. Female connector: Mini HDMI"

which is the total opposite? The pictures "seem" to show female Micro & male Mini connectors and the reviews don't really help as they seem to have received different versions.
