Flashlight problem

So , I got Huawei Y 300 and I noticed my camera flashlight is turned on all the time even when I turn off the phone and while it's in sleep. It's not full light but still it's eating baterry. Flash works normally with camera and flashlight app,but when I don't use any of that it still shines. This problem started few days ago,first I flashed stock rom,then yesterday CM11 with hope to loose the problem but it's still here. I got a simple question,is there a way to kill flash light so it doesn't work at all on the phone? ,I don't even need it so... I'll post a picture how it looks.
