Guest schecter
Hi. For 2 days im trying to rescue my Coolpad 8297w. I tried to install recovery by apk, and i got brick. Its boot-loop actually and i dont know how to fix it. I tried to use coolpad download assistant and ygdp with stock rom but still nothing. When i tried first time flash with coolpad assistant and 4.4 rom it worked, flash was succesfully, but when i turned on phone nothing changed. After this i tried with 4.2 stock rom but after that flash wasnt working anymore, flash failed when first bar went to 100% and second didnt even get 1%. I had the same drivers like before so dont know why its not working. Please, give me some advices, i dont know that to do. I tried with different drivers, but something i have to do wrong :( Sorry for my poor english Edit: Im still trying, can someone tell me how to install this precisely: "Vcom_Driver_AutoInstall". Its by devices manage, but i dont know which files, because there are exe and inf files :X PS. Im talking about this guide: http://www.modaco.com/topic/373530-guide-ygdp-tool-for-flashing-stock-42-44-roms/ Edited October 21, 2014 by schecter
Guest dakok
You should install vcom driver. Install.exe for 32 bit windows, install64 for 64 bit windows. If you have win8 follow the guide for it.
Guest schecter
When I try to install installdrv64 then appears: http://i60.tinypic.com/2com0xt.png for 0.5s its correctly? I was trying this guide before because i have w8 but i cant find out how to do this point : 11.Select to manually guide windows to the driver files (Win7 folder inside vcom folder). I dont know which file i need to use to manual install.

Guest mixanikosgr
Try also: Disable antivirus and firewall in the PC. Use a USB port at the back of the PC. Disconnect all the other USB devices connected to the PC. Put the phone in recovery mode (press vol+ and power until the screen lights) Connect to the PC
