Problem with UI and GPS

hello i have big problem with some 4.x.x roms.... i install them and use them for some time and UI starts to turn on GPS with no reason and yes when i turn it of they dont close they still working.... i turn of all apps where i have gps option on and still nothing now i using:

4.2 coldFushionX 3 cm10.1

and i have int2ext4+ script for internal.....
 

and it hapends on slimbean 4.2.2
