Lost the OS in my android phone while installing new ROM.

Hi,i was trying to install few new rom onto my micromax nitro canvas phone and in between all of a sudden everything got deleted and phone lost its OS . I cannot find a way to re-install the OS in my phone my super user is gone too and phone has nothing in it but bunch of random files which i can explore through recovery screen phone doesnt start. I tried to use ADB interface but my phone comes in offline and cant transfer files through ADB interface to install new rom . i have two sd cards which wont format through pc so i can use them to transfer new rom in my phone . I am stuck and losing hope and thinking my phones is gone please help me out i tried everything to get it started there has to be a way for this so i am here asking for help . Hope this forum would help me out i really need to get this phone going for work and other stuff. Thank you in advance.

cant trasnfer files thru adb phones offline in cmd manager.

 

sd card wont format thru pc and cant trasnfer files .

 

need to instal rom but has no way to trasnfer files .
