SYMPTOM:

The SPV is not able to correctly distinguish between 'Withheld' and 'Unavailable' Caller ID for incoming calls, with all calls which do not pass a number being presented as 'Unknown'.

It has not been stated if this is 'by design' or a bug.

RESOLUTION:
