I just want to make people aware that the SPV is a really attractive phone for thieves.  

I had mine snatched from my hand during a call on a busy station platform.  Thankfully I was not hurt and Orange were wonderful and I have just got my replacement today even though I wasn't insured.  (Had to pat a one-off £30 and agree to a twelve month insurance contract at £3 a month)

So plese be careful where you use your phone - this is the first time I have ever had one taken in many years of mobile phone use.

Shame we can't send a stolen alert  sms to the phone that makes it fry the processor or give the new 'owner' a little electric shock everytime they try to use it!
