Guest Paul [MVP]
I use Microsoft MapPoint, a tool that can plot locations on a map of the UK / Europe / World based on postal codes taken from a database. Who would be interested in adding their postal codes to a new profile field and seeing an online map posted of where users live? You could see who lives near you, which I think would be pretty cool :) Obviously this would be limited to partial postcodes for privacy reasons (e.g. NR15). Bet now, bet now! Guest almark
I thgink this will be useful. I see that almost every user incl;udes their toiwn and country, with only a small few claiming an adrreess of "Earth" and so on.
Guest Monolithix [MVP]
This would need alll users to give their postcodes as well to make the map...

See how they match up  I live in North London. My orange cover here has been pretty dodgy. I thought doing the update might have tweaked the phones receiver and improved my reception. But alas, when sitting in my local, I still have no signal and can receive no calls. Yes Paul, good idea. tSc

Guest Chris b.a.r.f.
Great idea - but how to get the non-UK folk into this graphic, given that postcodes (and the annotation of them) vary wildly all over?
Guest Will
i'd pop my code in, if Paul also asked for your country or code: (44) for uk. We could then group other users into 'World' Positions.. Will
