Now it seems that Orange in Denmark are trying to pass used (faulty?) returned phones off as new. The phone featured in this article was "discovered" due to the old user's numbers/appointments still being present. Denmark's Forbrugerrådet (Consumer Association) ain't terribly pleased, it seems. Here's a link: http://politiken.dk/VisArtikel.iasp?PageID=258683 Orange Denmark deserve to sink without trace, really they do - especially when they come with excuses like this: Orange refute the criticism and point out that the low price should have been enough to inform the customer that it was a used telephone - even though it's unfortunate that the customer wasn't clearly informed that the telephone was used.
