I sold the T100 to buy the spv on ebay. because it is under one year old, i've been told the person should not have sold it as technically orange still own it. so if i phone orange care they will switch the phone off. Your problem is that it costs £110 to repair, as any part of the LCD is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The people to speak to if Orange won't play are Hays Technology Repair, tel +44 1295 662111, and they will send you a postage-free jiffybag.
