Guest Simon Desser Posted May 24, 2003 Report Share Posted May 24, 2003 My Dad has asked me to try and find an answer to a problem he has:- "in Outlook 2000 when trying to open/delete a message stuck in the outbox which has also blocked all further outgoing messages “Cannot open the item.
