Guest davy Posted May 29, 2003 Report Share Posted May 29, 2003 on storage card create new folder, name it Doom put exe in this folder and create another new folder (within the Doom folder), name it DoomSPV and place the wad in this 2nd folder. create shortcut from exe and move it to your start menu and you should be ok. Have you tried closing all other apps on the phone before running Doom as it may be a memory problem? davy. P.S. Where did you get the download from? I believe the .cab mentioned earlier in this thread only installs to the phone memory. You should install it to your memory card if possible to save memory on the phone. To create shortcut: when connected via activesynch find the DoomSPV exe on your phone, right click on it then choose "Create Shortcut", then click on the shortcut created then go up to Edit and choose "Move to Folder..", when the window opens browse to ipsm/windows/start menu/games and move shortcut to there and you are done. If you have an E200 then move it to storeage/windows/start menu/games. Controls are: * = shoot # = use (and answering y when quitting) 3 = escape davy.
