Nakakalungkot naman nangyari sa C500 mo. Subukan mo sa BP. Baka pwede sila mag order ng LCD for you.

Brightpoint cannot fix that for you. You have to send it to HTC Europe or Taiwan to have them flash your rom chip. Brightpoint only does rom repair via USB just like you and I do, they dont have an Eprom flasher. Otherwise, it's good for spare parts, or a nice paperweight.

if only i can get a grab of your c500 for studying it...  i really need a test unit to know if my conclusion is correct..
