if you're using winxp, there is a builtin app -- windows movie maker.

if not, go to www.microsoft.com/windowsmedia

download the windows media encoder

you can go to www.airfagev.com to dowload a copy of Windows Media Encoder. See Note just below the Quick Downloads Section (right side)

Make sure that you use Windows Media Encoder 7.1 and use the WMV v7 codec which is lighter for handheld devices...

I tried to convert a file from MPEG to WMV using Windows Media Encoder and it was successful, Un fortunately when i transfer the WMV to my SAP and play it, it runs like a robot. What i mean is that " The voice runs okay while the video almost won't move, video moves very late than the voice. " Any idea on how to fix it? Thanks

@smartrey: Well first of all yo have to get the right profiles into the encoder. The typical Smartphone profile should be about 51kbps total, running 10fps, at 160x120 with mono audio at 10kbps at 11KHz. Use wmv v7 for the video codec and wma v8 for the audio.
