Wasn't sure where to post this one, but decided on here because it's not TECHNICALLY a bug!
As many of you know, the SPV was supposed to have voice tags (voice dial) but it wasn't. The theory that is being banded about is that it was removed before the final production release of the ROM.
A source from Microsoft has informed me that the SmartPhone 2002 OS is fully voice dial ready, but it's functionality is dependent upon the hardware manufacturer licencing the speech section of SmartPhone 2002.
So basically, I guess HTC (makers of the SPV), decided not to licence it.
