Guest Smartphilcon Posted July 6, 2003 Report Share Posted July 6, 2003 does the new rom upgrade from smart (1.5) enables certification of software? i downloaded smarticu from msmobiles and when i tried installing it it gives me an error saying it doesnt have sufficient system permissions to finish installing... or do i need to install it in a memcard? I've experienced that problem before re: "...certification... not digitally signed..." error message.
