Guest stickman
The first day they released the 2003 update for this phone, I tried it and the phone died on me. So, I called and they said I had to RMA it. I have gone through the process, but I am not getting anywhere. Has anyone had to go through this? It seems like it should be easier, but I am really not having any luck getting this thing sent in for service. Any help here would be much appreciated! Guest Monolithix [MVP]
Everlink are known for being less than cooperative when it comes to returns or warranty claims. (maybe) The best advice is to keep bugging them until they give in. Try also a quick browse over the MS smartphone newsgroups, microsoft.public.smartphone and microsoft.public.smartphone.developer, there have been a lot of threads about everlink returns there.... Guest stickman
Thanks... I have actually just gotten it off in the mail back to them. $50 for the repair, but lets see how long it takes to get it back!
