All files are in CAB format, use a file explorer to install or copy to IPSMWindowsStartup and soft reset (restart) your phone. Comments Based upon my Office theme i've created an Alan Partridge theme! A seconf CAB has been added called PartridgeCustom.CAB. I copied the second .cab file to the windowsstartup directory, rebooted the phone, and it seemed to start the installation, but then came up with a message saying "Installation failed. The program cannot be installed because it does not have the adequate permissions. Please contact your service provider...blah blah.." Any ideas what might be causing this?
