Guest gordonsalier Posted November 20, 2003 Report Share Posted November 20, 2003 Just rang OCS and discovered that I do not qualify for an upgrade yet even though when I called last week I was told that I did qualify for a free upgrade (based on phone). Do these people read from the same hymn sheet or do they make random things up? However I did get told the £149.99 price tag as well. It is the disconnections department that phoned back on their own accord. They are the ones with the power to offer these discounts to keep customers, me thinks.
