Using SPV as modem with T-Mobile GPRS?

Ok, I saw the article on using my SPV as a modem with Orange. I got my phone to work as a dialup modem using T-Mobile and a CSD connection (at a freggin slow 9.6Kb/S!). I now have unlimited T-Zones, allowing me access to any webpage using a GPRS connection, but I can't get my notebook to connect to the phone as a modem on this. Any idea what I need to do? I noticed in the article there were some numbers people needed to enter for the Orange network. Is this what I need to do with my T-Mobile? I have tried using T-Mobile's internet manager, but it doesn't recognize my phone because it isn't a T-Mobile supported phone. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks a lot!
