2nd time my Mio reset it self to factory settings???WHY

Any one else have this problem. I unlocked my Mio using the Mitac web unlocking service about month ago...my phone relocked itself the first time I had a problem....the second time it just reset to factory default settings but was still unlocked(application unlocked). The first time this happened I checked and it was a full hard reset to factory default , none of my installed apps were there, just like new. I had to re unlock again and reinstall my apps. Just last night it reset my home screen and default settings...all ring tones reset. Is there a fix or patch from mitac I need. I knoticed that this happened after I turned off phone because battery was low...and switched batteries. Phone was compleatly off both times. Any help?
