OK, we all been there, you pay your money watch the film and it STINKS. 2 hours of your life that you're never going to get back.

So in the spirit of letting others learn from your mistakes, share your pain on this thread.

I shall get the ball rolling

Titanic - Awful

Tank Girl - The people who made this obviously didn't read the comic, prefering to just flick through and look at the pictures.

Castaway - Tedious

Forrest Gump - Durge

Nuns on the Run - Makes Sister Act 2 the superior nun film

Jerry McGuire - Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

Please continue........

jackie brown - it sucked and was too damn long

any film based on a phillip k dick book that isnt blade runner, i forget the name but it sucked

and spanglimungus, the alternitve ending to castaway was better. you know the one where there is a 5 star hotel on the other side of the island ;)

hmmmm a similiar thread was just started on BarryBoys :-k

Ahwell my nominations are

Commando - so bad it almost goes round the clock and becomes good again

Anaconda - balls

Volcano - balls

A Knights Tale - Utter gash, thankfully (or maybe not) it came free with my dvd player therefore no cash wasted.

The last 2 matrixs - The first is great!

Anything with Hugh Grant - not got anything against him personally, it's just that all he appears in is soppy, vomit inducing crap!

Hmmmm OK might get a blasting for this but I think A knights tale was pretty funny......."his horses flanks"

My two pence:

Scarry movie (all of them) : bloody awful!

Kill Bill 2 : utter let down from the first

Star wars 4 n' 5 : MAJOR LET DOWN and too 'made in PC' look

Boogie man : snore!

Troy : oh come on please stop making this crap!

I have seen too many awful films of TV to even comment but I haven't seen too many at the cinema that I didn't like. The last really awful one at the cinema was Star Wars Episode I. It was so bad that I didn't bother going to see Episode II and I won't be going to Episode III either. I did wathc a bit of Episode II on TV but couldn't hack it all.

I saw part of Matrix II on pirate DVD but only watched the first 30 minutes because I was so bored. I haven't even bothered with Matrix III on TV - I would rather watch cookery or gardening (but not Big Brother type reality shows: that would be going too far).

Can't remember the name of it, but some fairly recent British horror about some dopey tart stuck on the Underground and getting chased by a Deliverance-type inbred looney...

Made it about half way through, and then I figured I was happier to throw the £4 in the gutter than to sit through to the end

Die another day was shameful. The CGI graphics surfing scene was pathetic. The fight scenes with slow-mo matrix moves were tacky. And pierce doesn't cut it any more as Bond.

Worst movies off of the top of my head:

titanic, all star wars, anything directed by Ridley Scott, Be Cool
