Guest gavinlilley Posted March 24, 2006 Report Share Posted March 24, 2006 hi, im newly registered but have been reading the site since my first xda years back. im looking for advice - the microphone on my 220 seems to have broken. when i speak to people i sound very distant - as if im down a tunnel. i dont remmeber getting it wet but it is unlikely to have stopped working. is this a common problem, is it the microphone? does anyone know where i can buy spare parts for this phone? I upgraded my ROM with the latest from MOTO/Cingular and the microphone still doesnt work for me. People say I sound like Im in a tunnel.
