Can anyone help please. I have C550 on which via mini sd chip loaded Tom Tom mobile 5 . I set up the route and follow the route. At no particular time on the route the tom tom screen disappears and the home screen comes up. The whole phone freezes and the only way to resolve the issue is to either try to turn it off via the on/off button if lucky or have to remove the battery in extreme situations when the on/off button doesn't work.

sometimes I can travel the whole route of 200 miles and not have the problem or I can suffer the freezing 2 or 3 times on the same journey.

Can any one help? has anyone seen the same problem
