Tom tom and bluetooth connection to Mteor and SPV 600

Dear Sirs,

i have purchased a Tom Tom GO 510 and CANNOT get it to work with Bluetooth with the following phones: -

HTC Mteor

SPV 600

Nokia 616

as you may know these are two windows mobile phones and then a fixed car kit with bluetooth capability.

two of the phones (the Mteor and SPV 600) are seen by the tom tom, but they do not have any data connection, it does not appear in the bluetooth services on the phone and all though it says it supports hands free, it does not 'support any feature'

can you advise please, i am assuming i am not the only person to have had this problem!
