Hi,

I am a newbie. I have the Motolora Q with unlimited internet access (high-speed).

I subscribe to MLB.com to stream games at work over the internet.

I have tried to do this with my Q. I can get to the page to click on the link for a game and it won't let me click the link. I think the page is flash.

I have downloaded the latest version of Flashlite.

Let me know if i can give you more info.

Thanks

I have been successful in streaming other internet content.

I have the same problem, but I also have the sad answer…The MLB does not want you watching live games on your phone. As you have already seen this year with the DirecTV, Cable, and Dish having difficulties continuing MLB sport subscriptions (MLB extra innings) and Dish Network unable to broadcast MLB extra innings at ALL this year, the folks at MLB are CONTROL FREAKS with how they want their product viewed.

This was a product that would have worked, last year…

Click further to read how controlling the MLB is over viewing baseball!

As a workaround, so long as you get the games on your home Satellite/Cable, you can invest in Sling Media http://us.slingmedia.com/page/slingboxav.html This device works G-R-E-A-T on my Sprint Q!

Sling Box allows you to stream your TV over the internet and watch it on your Q or any PC that’s online.

I get 320x240 Resolution (max) at 15 FPS with Stereo sound np /w EVDO. This is higher quality then Sprint MobiTV service. You can stream the game from your home TV, it give you full access to your remote control so changing channels is np!

But, the WONDERFUL folks down at MLB have already taken a swing http://news.com.com/2100-1025_3-6080665.html at Sling (can you believe this crap!)

Yet that article is a year old, and I have had np streaming the games to my Q.

If you do not agree with the MLB, give them a call/write and give them HELL. Or better yet, create an account for the MLB forums and bitch up a storm, lol j/k
