I emailed O2 tech support to find out if the 3G speed was capped on O2 PAYG and the email I got back confirmed that O2 are still maintaining a CAP for PAYG customers? quote "Our Pay and Go customers will only get the standard lower 3G speed, which is around the 128k mark. Only contract customers on O2 will get the full HSDPA and 3G speeds." So T-mobile still beat O2 on PAYG HSDPA speeds!
